Working with various business leaders in industry segments of Agribusiness , FMCG, Foods & Beverage distribution & Retail to deliver immense value through the tech platforms and help clientele realize business efficiency and benefits across the value chain.Responsibilities Include :- Own the roadmap and strategy for 4 different SAAS Platforms(Covering - Farm management, Procurement Planning, Vendor Management , Warehouse automation, SFA, DMS, Logistics & Receivables) , following the full product development life cycle- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of leaders to define product features and generate / maintain detailed requirements to ensure product meets evolving client and industry needs.- Provide product domain expertise on the product strategy, technical implementation, and assume responsibility as the SME on all the platforms- Lead a team of Lead Product Managers, Senior Product Managers & Product managers to craft strategy, roadmap of individual platforms , realise into various features .Guide them on how to solution, write user stories, requirements . All based on research on the customer and their markets and of needs of various personas across the platforms - Participate in Agile development ceremonies and decides on prioritising features and enablers and setting priorities- Review the competitive landscape prepared by Leads and analyse client feedback to improve product features and capabilities.- Track product P&L with sales and customer success team. Engage with CXOs/Directors/VPs of FMCG / Retail companies to understand their problems, get feedback on product usage and provide strategically inputs to solve their problems through our platforms Show less
