      Working in the Shared Service Centre of Excellence, Bedford for the client O2 Telefonica. Maintaining and reconciling our telecommunication clients several bank accounts. Liaising on a daily basis with outsourced departments in India to ensure that their output is of acceptable factual and accuracy standard to meet the company’s high criteria. Offering guidance and support to offshored colleagues where required. Using Oracle 7.0 software to generate ledger reports, produce reconciliations and maintain related records. Posting intercompany journals in both sterling and foreign currency.Achievements include – authored user guides/walkthrough procedures on new software when introduced. Ensured reports were clear/concise and as accessible to those with little computer experience as well as proficient computer users.
