I consult with Chief Legal Officers, In-House Counsel, and Legal Operations staff to design unique, efficient and cost-effective solutions for their contracting and compliance-related challenges. Marketing and Business Development. I am responsible for marketing and business development for the company's contract-related services. In this role, I develop and implement marketing, sales and business development strategy. Our marketing strategies include, conference participation and sponsorship, thought leadership publication, online and print advertising, continuing legal education, keyword strategy, and website development and implementation. Legal Support. I leverage my extensive legal background to perform a variety of legal functions for the company. These includes drafting and negotiation of contracts, securing intellectual property protection, performing risk assessments, handling employment matters, and counseling our Chief Executive Officer on legal issues as they arise.Operational Support.
