(Raw data estimation: PE, SE, MP, coverage and data generation in GB/MB)• Deliverables projections: Denovo OR Reference mapping, to estimate tentative budget for asked project/tender. Send two quotations to the respective customer (Technical deliverables and budget).• Assessment of feasibility of the project. Co-ordinate with wet lab and dry lab team for specific requirements. Scrutinize and submit the project according to the specialist. • Consult out services provider in US and EU and deal accordingly, if project is not feasible at the base.• Submission of raw data/bioinformatics analysis to the customer.• Conduct training for the newcomers as well as to brief interns and project fellows.• Member of IBSC (Institutional Bio-safety Committee) meeting.• Procurement of whole sale license (Form 20B & 21B): Documentation, Regulatory approval of a Biotechnology device (GeneDrive®) A PCR based Diagnostic Kit, launched by Xcelris Genomics for prompt T.B Diagnosis (collaboration with Epistem, UK).
