  I taught the basic course of business communication, Talouselàmàn viestintà, to four groups of 20 students in the course of two semesters. The course included components or both oral (presentations and group communication occasions such as meetings and negotiations) and written communication and exercises such as writing a business letter and writing a short scientific paper. The core elements of the course were common with the other professors, but I put together the course booklet and materials and conducted all the lessons for the length of each course (3 months). I created a host of graphic design products from flyers and ads to banners and merchandising and oversaw the production of the Academic Catalog layout as well as the Student Handbook and Calendar.   As Art director of L'Iguana I created the print layout for over 30 books and designed all the cover layouts using both photos as well as illustrations. In 2019 I co-edited and illustrated (with 16 portrait illustrations) Feminist you - Guida galattica per femministe in erba. In 2013 I translated Amami per rendermi forte from Finnish to Italian and published it with L'Iguana. From September 2019 until December 2020 I directed the blog www.feministyou.net managing a group of 10 freelance editors, guiding the weekly editorial meetings, taking care of the blog's website, all the graphics and illustrations and setting the guidelines for the social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.   As Editor-at-large I wrote over 50 in-depth articles for the British lifestyle journal; topics ranged from lifestyle to travel and well-being as well as interviews with middle-aged, accomplished yet ordinary women. I also illustrated over a hundred articles with an original, bespoke image. I managed the weekly newsletter and the Facebook community and did social media posts on a weekly basis.

  Le plurali is a feminist, independent, intersectional, curious publishing house. We publish nonfiction and fiction books, written by authors many of whom identity themselves as female or live marginalized identities. We have an eye for unpublished manuscripts, translate books that you can't find in Italian and republish stories that cannot be found in bookstores anymore. We also offer guides to orient yourself among feminist galaxies.I have created the brand identity and all the visuals for the publishing house. Together with my three business partners we have built the business strategy and brand awareness, managing all the internal tasks from planning to execution and evaluation of the results. Together with press officer and social media manager Valentina Torrini we manage the external communications via our website, social media platforms and the newsletter.In spring 2024 I have ideated and guided a choral project with 8 other micro publishers, R-esistenze. The project was launched in September 2024 and will consist is a 3-month festival with events, presentations and readings all of Italy in independent bookshops that have joined the initiative. It has been a true pleasure to work in such a collaborative and authentic community of women who are willing to improve and develop their business activities together. Show less
