  Managing both strategic and operational projects regarding surface mining equipment. Main focus on Boliden's open pit mine Aitik. Managing Boliden Mines R&D efforts within electrification of its operations. Working closely with local mine management and suppliers in order to maintain Boliden's position as an early adopter and reach set CO2-targets. Also has a role as project manager within strategic projects. Manager Boliden Mines Climate & Energy Program.Managing Boliden mines strategic work with energy and climate to ensure that Boliden will fulfill set energy and CO2-targets. Also coordinates Boliden Technology’s R&D resources within energy.Furthermore, I have a role as project manager within selected projects. My main focus is on electrification of mining equipment and mine ventilation.
