With Toyota's campaign, the result of the interaction is increased by 20%. - As a user acquisition manager, I work with my team to increase user install and engagement in-app. We innovate Facebook Campaign Ads, start with Google Admob, and some other way.       Golden Gate Group is one of the biggest F&B corporations in Vietnam. There are about 400 restaurants with 21 concepts and serve 17 million customers each year. Having planned for digital transformer from 2019 to 2022.As Technical Marketing, I’m a product owner of two marketing platforms in Golden Gate.+ The Customer Loyalty Platform - CLP: In Golden Gate, we have at least one million customers with other habits, the difficult thing is how to manage them and how to make a loyalty program. I plan and monitor an in-house CLP that can classify customers by RFM segmentation and customize the Loyalty program. After working with the Technical and Support team, I will make a roadmap and manage the timeline for developing CLP’s Features. Then deploy the success feature to the customer.+ Application/ Website - The Golden Spoon: Application and Website is an indispensable part of Customer Experience in Golden Gate. And Technical Marketing is a product owner of them. By using Marketing Analytics tools and technology skills, I demand what are the important features that make customer feed happy. I also make all wireframes and work hard with the design team to finalize the UI/UX. After that, I work with the developer team to do it well. + Other marketing projects that I owned & finished:In-house notification platform: For the first time we use OneSignal to manage users and push message campaigns. Because of our business model, we can’t continue with OneSignal so I worked with the Technical team to make ours. As PO, I create clear requirements for the Technical team and draft wireframes. It’s a quick project and be the premise for the Golden Gate Notification.Manager Feature & Final Testing 15 brand websites of Golden Gate: I collect the brand requirements and rewrite them by using technical knowledge.
