  I am honoured to have the chance to intern at the UX team in HDB Information & Services Group. While it was a short 3 weeks, jumping right into niche area that I am unfamiliar with, I definitely learned a lot.From front end webpage design with CSS, HTML and javascript to design sprints and prototyping for new projects, it has been an interesting journey from start till the end.In the UX team, I was surrounded by experts of their field. New to the field, I made many rookie mistakes but learned from them. I was forced to take the perspective of the users, to design webpages and functions for them. In a way, the goal was to design a dummy-proof website and at the same time one that was aesthetically pleasing while adhering to guidelines.Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, BigQuery and Rational Application Developer were tools foreign to me prior to the start of my internship.
