As a teaching assistant for the course "Engineering Economics", I graded daily assignments and assisted students with any course related questions or concerns they may have. This course is heavily focused on making engineering economic decisions, breakeven and minimum cost analysis, engineering methods of resource allocation, and time evaluation of tactical and strategic alternatives. While working alongside a mentor, I have been collecting and analyzing data from various experiments to investigate the effects of electrochemical pretreatments on biomasses as well as the upgrading and stabilization of bio-oil through a novel low temperature electrochemical process.
