      1. Ensure end to end smooth operation of AXON mobile phone and Spro2 intelligent projector, achieve sales target. Based on company strategy, develop annual marketing strategy, draw up branding budget and oversee the execution.2. Operate the whole project in full life cycle. Lead team to integrate marketing plan, pricing, sales target, main channels (Operator, public and E-commerce channels), product GTM (Go To Market), launch, product materials optimization, campaign (cooperate with Tencent Games), stores coverage, price monitoring and control, price adjustment, product delivery, favorable rate maintenance, member management, customer care and product delisting.3. Optimize product planning and product strategy. Since the product ID stage, by analyzing industry trend and competing goods, specify target consumers and different highlights (such as intelligent voice interaction, vein finger recognition and 3D display/3D video). By research on appearance, color, weight, screen, camera, photograph, chipsets, memory and cost, propose modification opinion, to make product more competitive and deliverable.4. Integrate marketing communication, boost ZTE AXON brand value. Lead team to make branding plan, specify target consumers, brand essence, KV, multi-screen Advertisement, live webcast, promotion campaign (3D photograph contest and 3D game contest etc.), Wechat and Weibo branding.5. Group customer marketing. Hold workshop and introduce product highlights to the central government like Commerce Ministry, group customer Dept. of China Unicom and China Telecom and crucial KA like Gome and Holpe.6. Sales project operation and management. By introducing horse rise mechanism, tailor team assess and incentive scheme to ensure the performance. Train team about GSM/UTMS/LTE solution, Optical/Datacom network, xPON/xDSL, Clouding Computing/Cloud Services and business negotiation, finally 100% qualified by company, also rank the No.1 in peers. Collect customer demand, bidding materials, usual communication information and Q&A knowledge database, very convenient for fast inquiry and learning.6. Optimize product roadmap with customer demand.
