Key focus areas included:- Managed the installation and maintenance of FiOS and CORE services for the Lake Haven District.- Managed over 700 unionized Fiber Network Field Technicians, which included hiring, mentoring, training, evaluating and terminating.- Served as the Dispatch Department representative for the Verizon/Frontier transition team.- Supervised the Air Pressure Control Dispatch center for eight states across the Verizon copper footprint.- Oversaw the Florida FiOS MDU construction wiring team. This included working with developers on the creation of best methods for running plenum and inside wiring through apartment buildings based upon their blueprint.- Featured in the local Verizon FiOS Holiday commercial spot.
