My name is Harish Shah, and I am tech-savvy person with passion for new technologies. Having the right mix of technological experience and business experience is always a challenge. In my current position I’m acting as a customer services, presale engineering, network consultancy and product management. Motivated to innovate and to build winning businesses.       As a DATA NOC Engineer, I am accountable for operational effectiveness of Core Data Networks and resolving enterprise customer’s problems for DIA (Direct Internet Access), L2VLL (Layer 2 Virtual Leased Line), L3VPN and Broad net services with KRA as low MTTR/Downtime. Monitor protocols and hardware related alarms of switches, Transport devices and routers of RDN and DCN network.
