The company grew from a sole proprietorship doing small service work, residential projects, and light commercial work to 30+ employees with a large-scale residential construction operation working with two national builders and a commercial division doing projects up to $200,000.00 in value. Annual revenue peaked at approx $2M. Learned a ton from a very long, fine-printed list of mistakes I made.
