  I challenge leaders and their teams to develop the mindset and behaviors of a WARRIOR so they can D.R.I.V.E.™ strategic conversations, add value and radically transform sales performance!Having started my career as a Salesperson and having sold a variety of products, I understand the unique challenges facing sales professional; I walk the talk. I know what it's like to "hunt" (i.e. prospect), to create a solid battleplan, disarm objections, identify needs and differentiate yourself in the marketplace. What makes me unique: Training as a boxer has helped me to develop a "warrior mindset". I don't give up, I don't back down, I don't make excuses....ever. My background as a professional stage actress, has given me the confidence/ability to deliver impactful messages and capture/hold people's attention whether that is on a stage with thousands of people watching or delivering a virtual workshop to 10 people. My background in psychology, combined with over 24 years of experience as a Global facilitator allows my coaching to be targeted and relevant. I have a Master’s Degree in Education, with a specialty in Counselling Psychology (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and have been a performance coach for Olympic athletes. I surround myself with people who challenge me; I am always striving to raise the bar on my own performance and the performance of others.I have worked with a broad range of industries from around the world, including Financial Services, Investment Banking, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Insurance, Travel, Manufacturing, IT, Retail, and Professional Services.
