  A 3-student group researching on Computational Modeling of the Interaction between Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) and Cells. Key responsibilities:-. Model and simulate the interaction of the CNTs and cells using GROMACS and VMD.-. Analyse data from the simulation to determine the toxicity of the molecular interaction.The results of the research were used in the Singapore Science and Engineering Fair (SSEF) 2017 and we managed to reach the Final Stage of the competition.
