      During the majority of my tenure at the Bound Brook School District I was:-providing institution-wide contributions in my role as a Health & Physical Education Program Instructor, at the Smalley Middle School, the Smalley School, and the LaMonte & Annex schools. I introduced the FITNESSGRAM program to my 6th - 8th grade and 3rd - 6th grade classes, and I assisted in developing and updating the schools' overall Health and Physical Education curriculum to adhere with frequently changing requirements, inclusive of Pre-k - 2nd grade classes.-Some highlights during my tenure were:* Presenting at the NJAHPERD Annual Convention.* Piloted two national computer based health programs, Hungry Red Planet and D.M.       Applying my industry transferrable organization and project managerial skills, at Triangle Services I was a successful Project Manager for the Somerset NJ office. Here I worked directly for and with the VP of Operations, performed research, data analysis and collection, created spreadsheets, and collaborated with colleagues around the nation on a multitude of projects, often simultaneously.

      At Burton Elementary I implemented new activities into the Physical Education and Health program. I incorporated the Durham County Department on Public Health guidelines and resources into the program as well. I proactively wrote and received grants for free Physical Education Equipment with Good Sports Inc. and Action for Healthy Kids. I personally reached out to and received donated soccer equipment from the Duke University Men's Soccer program, and goal supplies from Home Depot. I broaden my range of responsibilities and assisted in 4th grade classrooms for Guided Reading and Math, working with low performing students to improve Language Arts and Math skills and increase mastery in grade level.I was a member of SIT and Wellness Team, collaborating with school members to work with low socioeconomic, at-risk, and bi-lingual students to improve their self-esteem and academics.
