  Since December 2018, based in Middle East working as a Lead Continuous Improvement Project Manager for Saudi Aramco. Have led and delivered projects with a total value of more than $400 Million. This has included the setup of the Technical Services Business Line CI Program. At plant level, water injection pump failures reduction demulsifier usage optimization, ESP power optimization, Scraping cycle time reduction and Corrosion Inhibitor usage. Working for an International blue-chip consultancy and clients on contract including those in Aerospace, Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Pharma and Healthcare, Financial Services and Defence. From early 2017, worked on the next gen of Nuclear Submarines in Barrow. Since December 2018, in the Middle East working on a major Oil & Gas Continuous Improvement programme. • Business Improvement Programme Change Lead for a major offshore Telco as an interim from Q2 to Q4 2016. Delivered a programme of improvement through 12 projects that covered Engineering, Sales, Product Provision, Finance and Reporting. Benefits across all projects of more than £1 Million achieved and signed off - Completed an initial scoping exercise over 4 months in mid/ late 2015 for a major electronics components distributor based in the North West focused around its sales function - Delivered a highly successful 6 month Project Management deployment during 2014 with a major Telco realising benefits to the business of more than £4,000,000 across transactional areas including handover from sales to operations to outages and transportation such as service trucking• Led an Oil & Gas training and project management programme for the largest Petrochemical plant in Saudi Arabia run by Exxon-Mobil during the last quarter of 2013. This included knowledge transfer around production and transactional processes prior to Turnaround. Show less
