      🟩 General Responsibilities Project: Turkcell BatteryPosition: Test Team LeaderShort Description: We had set-up test scenarios in order to examine battery consumption depends on some parameters in the 3G live network. After we collected data in 3 cities the analysis and reporting process has completed in England by Spirent Communications. My responsibility was to lead the test team and ensure communication with stakeholders. Project: Turkcell BenchmarkingPosition: Drive Test EngineerShort Description: We had set test cases following the customer’s desires. I have taken responsibility for monitored and controlled the network rollout process, network coverage, and capacity analysis all over the Turkey in the live network. According to drive-test results, our analysis team tracked 2G and 3G Network Performance KPI’s. Then our team reported suggestions to improve network performance. Project: Turkcell BTKPosition: Drive Test EngineerShort Description: On the "Information and Communication Technologies Authority" request we made some measurements in predetermined locations and times. About the drive-test results, we analysed and reported the measured data. My task was setting up the test cases and monitoring the network parameters in the live network.🟩 Key Achievements / Impact• Led a test team across three major cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir) to analyze battery performance in live 3G networks, coordinating closely with Turkcell (client) and Spirent Communications (UK) for data analysis and reporting.• Played a key role in nationwide 2G and 3G network performance analysis, monitoring roll-outs and delivering data-driven improvement suggestions to optimize Turkcell’s live network.• Successfully executed government-mandated network tests by designing and managing field measurements, ensuring full compliance and accurate reporting for regulatory authorities.
