  Developed comprehensive, detailed energy retrofit proposals for submission to Army Corps of Engineers. Completed over $25 million of retrofit projects providing over $5 million in annual savings for Ft. Bragg. Projects included lighting retrofits, HVAC modifications, propane air plant, cogeneration plant, peak shaving plant, transformer substation upgrade, and a metering/SCADA system installation.

  Lead the engineering efforts for Raleigh and Morehead offices. Performed mechanical and plumbing designs for design/build projects as well as coordinated electrical and fire protections designs. Met with customers, analyzed needs, and proposed solutions. Developed drawings for estimating, final drawings for permits, and performed construction oversight.

Responsibilities to include providing engineering input about design of the GMP and non-GMP HVAC systems, equipment specifications, P&IDs, development of maintenance and operating procedures, and other duties to support the project.
