  During the summer of 2018 I spent some time in an amazing collaboration with Microsoft and Škoda Auto University. Interning as UX Designer for their Microsoft Hololens team, I had a privilege to work with the Microsoft Mixed Reality Program that is aimed to reduce the gap between CAD and XR. I worked alongside talented designers and had fantastic mentors who guided me along the way, expanding my knowledge throughout the program.

We started by helping members save toward their personal Goals in new and creative ways. Building the process from the design-thinking stage to the release has increased retention and other metrics on 20%, furthermore improved product-related emotions. In two years of work, innovative and successful features have been released also thanks to the many user research and prototyping methodologies. Our product has over 3 million users and 100K+ 5-star ratings.   This is the first company to invent and master the technology for creating a True Augmented Reality experience for the automotive industry and beyond. The information displayed via WayRay’s Holographic AR Display is seamlessly integrated into the real world at variable depth; no eyewear or headgear needed. During my internship I went through the full process of implementing augmented reality technology, from the concept to the description of the technical documentation.
