My responsibilities were as follows:• Responsible for all budgeting, pricing and sales and marketing activities of Raised Access Floors which has been one of the products of the company .• Plan and budget of all advertisement, documentation brochures etc, sampling and promoting materials, fairs. Accomplishing of planned sales via 5 regional offices and customers. Organization of all local and international purchasing for the main product and accessories. Negotiating sale prices of products with customers, preparing proposals, creating contracts and application of Raised Access Floors as per contracts. Arranging contacts with customers.• Discussing services rendered, prices of the materials and planning delivery dates of materials during application and agree on services to be provided following construction.• Follow up of the customer’s payments, collection of cheques etc. until completion of the contract. In order to increase our market share in this sector I am organizing and giving courses and seminars to dealers and sub-dealers regarding technical application of the product, sales and marketing. • Preparing weekly reports to the General Manager showing sales, stocks in hand and potential sales. • Logistics of orders for more than 200 customers and stocks for 5 warehouses .Representing the company to all suppliers and key account customers.• Searching new dealers that are interested in “Aspen” products.
