  I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team at InterVarsity Press, a publisher of Academic, Reference, and Trade books in the Christian market. I manage the print book production as well as the physical inventory for 1800 frontlist and backlist titles. I oversee the operations and general services of our office and warehouse as well as fulfillment services from the customer contact center through distribution. I coordinate all training and development initiatives for our supervisors and managers as well as O3 coaching and mentoring of staff. Show less I am on the Executive Leadership Team at InterVarsity Press (IVP), a Christian book publisher where I oversee the design, production, and print purchasing of all our titles. I manage and maintain the inventory of over 1500 frontlist and backlist titles. In addition I oversee fulfillment services from the customer contact center through distribution. I monitored the cost analysis, budgeting and construction of a 13,000 square foot warehouse addition and now maintain the operating integrity of a 32,000 square foot distribution facility. I coordinate all training and development initiatives for our supervisors and managers as well as 1:1 coaching and mentoring of a staff of 27.
