  Warranty Coordinator

  Within my first month in the warranty department, we achieved a milestone where two back-to-back warranty inspections resulting in exceptionally happy homeowners – each having only a few minor issues – all of which were addressed on the same day. This speed of resolution is a first for this then 9-year-old company.I coordinate all facets of warranty management to ensure efficiency for Foxwood and our homeowners.

  I helped create promotional campaigns for key events, driving engagement among 1,000+ health science students. This not only boosted participation by having over 80% sign-up to show-up ratio for the annual Housing Info Conference and Planetarium, but also greatly increased the committee's visibility within the university.As the lead for multimedia and promotions (VP Promo) for the BHSS External Committee, I manage promotional activities and create multimedia content to support our initiatives.
