  As part of our course in 'Venture Management, Strategy and Growth' my peers and myself worked on the evaluation, development and implementation strategy of a new international MSc programme for CELCIS - Centre for excellence for looked after children in Scotland.Our goal was to develop a strategy for the organisation align with its' core values and with a simple implementation method. In order to obtail our goal we had to familiarise ourselves with the organisation and gain a deep understanding how they operate. This we achieved through regular meeting with the representative and the director of CELCIS. As a result we were able to present our final proposal through a well rounded presentationa outlining a step-by-step approach, which we pitched to the organisation at the end of term. Today CELCIS is running a new MSc programme to which we were able to contribute a valuable input, as recently confirmed by the organisation. Show less

  I recently got involved in the production of Ros Borland's play 'A part of you', which she wrote, produced and directed. I was in charge for sourcing the visuals and combine them with sound, for which I had to work hand in hand with our sound engineer. As a new team working on our first theater project we faced a couple of challenges, but thanks to our motivation and collaborative work we managed to overcome these.The play will be presented during the Edinburgh Art Festival (Summer 2014).
