CMBC accepted the award at this year’s Trapeze User Conference, currently being held in San Diego, California. The Innovate Award honors transportation operators using technology in a new and fresh way bringing measurable benefits to the agency and a better experience to transit riders. The process was devised out of necessity following the 2010 Olympics when CMBC was faced with an excess number of Operators.
