  After working as the secretary for almost 1 year in junior execom, it was the time for Core team where i was selected as the vice chairperson of IEEE-ASET. In these 9 months i got to experience the non-technical stuff which are as important as the technical for a organisation to hold its members and to sustain. This included collecting funds , sponsorship to organize Fest, directing a team of 30-40 people. Also i did a project on Face detection and recognition in which we were replacing RFIDs i.e Metro Card from metro station and using face detection instead to get access. took several workshop, improved my technical skills as well as my leadership qualities. Show less I was appointed as the secretary of the junior execom the is the part of the technical club of our college IEEE-ASET. I did everything which a secretary needs to do like creating reports submitting them after every event. I was directing the ploy for every event and making sure that the entirety was executed as per the plan. Also gave workshop on KIWI-Python framework for NUI developement. In the stretch of 9 months i learned how to work in a team, how to lead a team and specially surged my technical skills. Show less
