Additionally, led safety training initiatives for 1,500 staff. Led the daily operations of a 116,200 sq. foot facility on a 36-acre campus and the first Universal Design facility in the world. Known for welcoming those of all abilities and serving over 10,000 members and 200 staff. Managed the daily operations of a 96,000 sq. foot facility serving 8,000 members and 150 staff. Additionally, led the reopening and staff training following the 6-month closure due to COVID-19. Managed daily operations including 7 departments with a focus on strengthening community relations, and engaging volunteers. Leader of the Aquatics Department and daily operations of a 6-lane, 25 yard pool and spa. Expanded access to swim lessons and created new community partnerships.
