      Pilsēta cilvēkiem (City for People) is the largest NGO in Latvia advocating for human-centric urban planning.Key activities:• Participating in protests advocating for enhancements to the cityscape, aiming to influence public policy towards more pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly urban planning.• Interviewed tourists and residents about the accessibility of Alberta Street in Riga, Latvia, and presented the results to key stakeholders of the Riga City Council.• Engaged with locals in the two largest cities of eastern Latvia, Daugavpils and Rezekne, to discuss best practices in urban planning.• Counted the number of pedestrians and cyclists in various parts of Riga for one hour on Saturdays.
