  Posted as Staff in a Flying training establishment flying Chetak / CheetahConverted onto ALH Mk I helicopter and continued flying extensively I commenced my training at the Air Force Academy on August 5, 1996, as a trainee. During this period, I had the opportunity to fly the HPT-32 and Kiran aircraft. On December 20, 1997, I received my commission as a Helicopter Pilot and subsequently gained extensive experience flying the Chetak and Cheetah Helicopters.

  I was tasked with overseeing the introduction of the ALH Mk III helicopter, including the conversion and training of junior pilots on the new aircraft.I led an Air Defense Squadron in the Northern sector, managing a team of over 200 individuals.I held the responsibility for conducting Ground and Flying Training for Air Force cadets at the National Defense Academy (NDA).
