This vibrant digital team, designed with the essence of a start-up, operates much like a construction site where multifunctional teams, equipped with advanced technologies including Generative AI, tackle core business challenges and opportunities. Besides our ways of working, our strength lies in our diversity, with team members representing 14 nationalities, maintaining gender balance, and embracing neurodiversity.Through exploration, ideation, and experimentation, this expert group ventures into uncharted territories, emphasizing innovation and impactful change. All their efforts are directed towards crafting transformative experiences, services, or solutions. The Digital Factory thrives in the gray areas, providing a fertile ground for teams to collaboratively harness technology to address key business opportunities or pain points.
