This role is pivotal in driving market excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering sustained profitability in a highly competitive landscape.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Cluster Director to design and implement cutting-edge distribution and retail strategies in sync with business goals.- Translate national objectives into actionable regional plans to ensure execution excellence.- Guide Zonal Managers and Territory Officers in selecting and nurturing high-performing distributors as long-term business partners.- Drive optimal product availability and market presence, ensuring seamless alignment with national strategies.- Conduct in-depth analyses of channel partners’ profitability, recommending strategic interventions to secure competitive ROI and partner engagement.- Monitor and enhance regional team performance, ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs.- Provide strategic insights for evaluating campaigns and formulating national Trade Marketing strategies.- Oversee the flawless execution of regional product, tariff, and promotional campaigns tailored to market dynamics.- Ensure efficient allocation of inventory, merchandise, and budgetary resources to drive maximum impact.- Liaise with technical and geo-marketing teams for strategic site deployment and revenue maximization.- Empower and mentor direct reports through goal-setting, constructive feedback, and performance appraisals.- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the regional team.
