  In this position I was the front leader of a team of 14 members who have high technical skills, working 24/7 supporting customers from Americas and Europe. Besides this single team, I acted as the floor escalation point for the whole customer support center which has around 60 members.In this period, I managed to establish the recent operations migrated from Spain, maintaining a high standard of key performance indicators and best in class customer satisfaction.As a team leader I was in charge of performance review of all team members giving professional feedback and coaching on both interpersonal and technical skills to deal with end customers.Besides that I was invited to be part of the project team which was working in the ISO 20k and 27k of our offices in Petropolis. During this project I was in charge of giving guidance to the team members about ISO and also made presentations in the audit sessions held in the office.   Responsible for the planning and delivery of large-scale projects for the leading retail group in Brazil, supporting in both expansion of the business, as well as the life cycle. In this position, I have been accountable for the interface between Brazil and France teams and have effectively managed resources to support the solutions provided by the group. I have also been responsible for creating business plans, conducting return of investment analysis, and seeking approval for budget from the Executive Committee of the group.One of my notable achievements was leading and conducting major RFPs for projects with budgets of up to 10MM euros. Through my leadership, I have defined Capex and Opex expenditures within the infrastructure team and ensured that projects were delivered on time and on budget.I have also successfully led a video surveillance project in 130 retail stores in Brazil using a Cisco solution. The scope of the project was to build a center of command at the headquarters with the capacity to monitor key areas of all stores and distribution centers.   Responsible for leading a team of 15 project managers and associates with diverse backgrounds, working remotely across US, Egypt, Brazil, and India, delivering several transformational and strategic customer projects.Additionally, to driving the client’s projects, I have also successfully led Orange’s transition of project management activities for the account from the US to Brazil, with the goal of reducing costs for the company while maintaining customer satisfaction. The transition was nearly seamless to the client, and it brought significant improvement to the account P&L.In my role, I also led project board meetings and reported to C-level stakeholders, demonstrating my ability to effectively communicate with senior management and lead teams to achieve strategic objectives. One of my notable achievements was implementing the first global SD-WAN network at Orange Business for Takeda. This project demonstrated my technical expertise in networks and leadership of a team of five associate PMs. We were able to deliver the project on time and on budget, migrating 270 in seven months.I also successfully managed the implementation of LAN, WAN, and Managed Firewalls for a global nutrition company.
