Alongside my team, I developed and implemented a Provincial Award Winning Mentor Program that other clubs now model programs after. Personally, as an official, I have learned the art of persuasive communication and the value quick decision making when in tough situations that continues to benefit me as I navigate the corporate world.

  Working with merchants up to $25 million online and uncapped revenue offline I am proud to have been the "revy award 2022" nominee + prize recipient for my work on the mid market team. With annual contract value totaling $5.58M I was a consistent top performer in deals closed, outbound opps opened & meetings booked. Managing a book of over 500 merchants, I learned an immense amount under the leadership of this team. During my tenure on the mid market team I had the opportunity to facilitate biweekly training for east segment on sales best practice, product, demos, and deal reviews. Show less Promoted from the Shopify Plus Upgrades team to Emerging I had the opportunity to work with merchants not currently on Shopify generating up to $10M online and up to $25M offline. Learning about ecommerce migrations, working with larger organizations, and managing multiple stakeholders I am proud to have exceeded quota with 126% attainment in 2021 and 155% of 2022. I am most proud to have been the peer voted Shopify Values Award winner 2022, to have worked on the NFT launch, to have been selected to support the sales of covid test kits, and to have been a Shopify onboarding ambassador and speaker representing revenue to all onboarding employees. Show less It was at the Great Canadian Sales Competition finals that one of the judges recommended I reach out to Shopify in regards to their Plus Upgrades Sales Role. A few short weeks later I had the pleasure of working with some of the fastest growing merchants on Shopify to accelerate growth and scale even further. Selected to be the face of the Shopify Plus Demo featured on the website while on the upgrades team I was proud to exceeded quota every quarter with 157% annual attainment. With a 64% outbound win rate and a 43% outbound email open rate my time on the upgrades team taught me to understand the Shopify product lines deeply and set me up for success in my future roles.   I have the pleasure of speaking with the world's best brands (VAAN prospects) to share the brand conversion design process, build out scopes of work, and connect them to our tech partners. Responsible for leading revenue generation, our partnerships with tech and agency partners, and overseeing our marketing efforts allows me to stay connected to merchants, utilize my relationships at Shopify and share the amazing work happening here at VAAN! I was originally brought on at VAAN to drive higher engagement with our tech partnerships with a specific focus on leveraging the relationships I built during my time at Shopify. Building relationships with our top technology and agency partners including teams at Recharge, Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Tapcart, Inveterate, Okendo etc has been incredibly rewarding to watch our merchants succeed as result of being aligned to technology that powers their growth.
