  Development and Engineering Department (April 2019 to May 2021) :Role: Mechanical Design EngineerSoftware and Tools Learned/Used: Solidworks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, SAP (PLM module).Activities Performed: • New Opto-Electro-Mechanical Product Development for Defense Applications. • Designing the product on Solidworks, Drafting of manufacturing drawings, performing necessary FEA analysis on ANSYS, Assembly of first prototype, conducting environmental stress screening tests according to JSS 5555 standard on the prototype and participating in customer trails.• Projects Worked on:- Development of Biological Aerosol Detector in association with DRDE, Gwalior- Development of S-ROV (Surveillance Remote Operated Vehicle).- Development of Laser fencing system in association with LASTEC, DRDO, Delhi- Set-up of testing facility by procurement of Vibration Machine, Climatic Chambers, Accelerometer Calibration Workstation in association with RCI, Hyderabad.- Development of Laser Range finder with ranging capability of 25 kms for both ground and aerial targets.Extra-Curricular Activities:- Successfully Completed trials of Radar Battery which was carried out at a height of 14500 feet above sea level in Arunachal Pradesh.
