  Headhunted as a start-up and founding member of CPS. Key instructional designer and trainer for CPS. Responsible for the successful development of the Hospitality Industry Security Awareness Course (HISAC) and Hospitality Industry Security Training (HIST) programmes for Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) and its Island Partners. The success of the programme had attracted keen interest from the Singapore Hotelier’s Association (SHA), Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), National University of Singapore (NUS) and various entities at Jurong Island. Assistant Director, Red Teaming Group (AD RTG), Responsible for the stewarding the national Quality Assurance {QA) programme for security. Including Red Teaming Officers Course (RTOC), to train Red Teaming (RT) exercise managers, the planning and conduct of RT exercises at border checkpoints and during major events, and providing a consulting and advisory role on QA for stakeholders. Due to his exposure to live operational testing of security deployments, Adrian possesses considerable knowledge and insights on the performance and vulnerabilities of security systems, technology and, in manpower and training issues. Involved in curriculum development and the conduct of lessons at the Security Industry Institute (SII) of Temasek Polytechnic as part of efforts by the Government to transform the security industry under the Security Industry Transformation Roadmap. Adrian’s work at CPS involved interaction with;US State Dept, Department of Defence, Homeland Security, FBI and NCISCentre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) UK. He supports Dir VOTG for current and future operations planning, quality assurance, compliance, training and logistics for the Vaccination Centres, and Mobile Vaccination Teams. He also supports the outreach and partnership, including the management of volunteers.
