  Started an online media creation company with a business partner. We offered website production, video and CD-rom creation, multimedia graphics and advertising services. Our clients included Speedo, Kickers, My-isp and Reed International. Left to help build Gamesman into an international gaming component supplier. Flame-on has now rebranded and is growing successfully as Shake studios.

  I am responsible for our company’s technical vision, roadmaps and play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and growth opportunities.I lead the technology and design strategy across R&D, NPI, Project management and QA. This includes our UK, China and USA teams.We have built and lead a strong, multi-functional team of 22 engineers in 3 continents. We have over 200 products in 4 diverse product segments. We support customers in over 20 countries and provide engineering and manufacturing support to our 3 manufacturing locations. Show less
