  • The Operations Head of Aster Hospital has 3 OT’s, 2 LR, ICU, NICU, ER, Endoscopy Unit, MRI, CT Scan etc.• Oversee to ensure that clinical and non-clinical operational services of all Aster Hospital, Qatar are provided in accordance with standards established through Qatar Ministries Regulations (MOPH, DHP, HMC, etc.) and that they are evidence-based.• To develop and execute the department's short & long term plan for Aster Hospital that aligns with Aster's corporate strategy and local strategic business needs.• Identifying department performance targets & accountabilities, reviewing & evaluating performance against the department targets.
