Promoted to the National Center in Dallas as a Senior Management Consultant, working with the CEO and Boards of Directors of eight multi-state affiliates. Promoted to Senior Manager over the centralization of a nationwide inbound call center. Promoted to Director of Interactive Media to manage the call center, as well as the reorganization and redesign of multiple websites into one association-wide site for the organization. Show less
