  Maersk Finland PLCI worked for an international company processing shipping line documentation (bills of lading, sea waybills) e.g. maritime shipments for major Finnish forest industry clients. Customer relations were handled via phone, mail and e-mail. I also assisted the company management with daily tasks. Because of my hands-on approach, as a personal victory, I managed to negotiate a client’s late container delivery aboard a departing vessel.
