  Intern Geologist

  During my medical interrupt from 2nd year studies at the University of Edinburgh I was determined to use my time off as productively as I could. I joined Senergy as a student intern in their software department, working with programs such as Interactive Petrophysics (IP) and Oilfield Data Management (ODM). During the summer I attended training courses for both programs and assisted colleagues in supporting clients. I thoroughly enjoyed working in a challenging professional environment.

  In my second summer as an intern at Senergy I attended the new and improved Principals of Interactive Petrophysics (IP) training course, allowing me to better assist clients needs. I wrote and created tutorial material for Interactive Petrophysics and Oilfield Data Management and wrote sales documents for the website. I was happy to be given more responsibilities and enjoyed working as part of a team.
