      Served in a lead technical role on the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS) Project, the automated Child Support Tracking System being implemented across the State of Ohio. Played a critical role in successfully implementing the SETS Production batch system as SETS Production Manager. Created and managed Production Support teams for both SETS and CRIS-E. Created and implemented Disaster Recovery plans for the system and participated in several hot-site exercises in which the SETS On-line system (IMS/TELON) was activated and Batch system (IMS/DLI) was run successfully.
