      This responsibility involved coordinating between Nirmaan, a volunteer group ( which consists of 100+ members) and the organizing committee of the fest. Dhiti was the kernel event of Apogee , the technical fest of Bits Pilani . Our team successfully generated a footfall of 500+ participants, one of the highest in Apogee. I also managed a team of 25 members for conducting various events in Apogee I managed a team of 30 members to ensure regular teaching ; activity based learning in a slum, Court Basti, Pilani by Nirmaan Organization.I also facilitated in admission process of 20 children(first generation learners) in private schools through RTE Act-2009.Our team also helped villagers in getting their ration cards and water connection in coordination with GICIET team, Nirmaan Organization
