Show less Based on the knowledge acquired in the job rotation, was possible identify a communication gap between the drivers and customers, resulting in two loses of the company:1. Due to the difficulties in the deliveries the lead time was the delayed which affected the SLA of the company;2. The deliveries difficulties generated extra daily payments and this cost was not always passed on to clients.Therefore, I created the project and implemented a department for customer service, so was responsible for the communication between drivers and clients. Due to, in addition to improve the deliveries performance SLA this department ended up becoming an important unit turnover of the company with an income around R$ 500.000,00 in December 2017, which represented around 9,6% of the company’s monthly turnover and then because this happened the promotion proposal and the new challenge took place, from that point on the department was managed by the company’s financial manager.
