  During this period I made my move from the EMEA Tax Compliance team to the EMO team. In the EMO team my core responsibilities were preparation of billing towards the client, monitoring status of returns, assistance during transition of new clients and follow-up with network firms for status of transition and returns. After EMO, I headed a newly formed team as part of the firm's strategy - the Production Control team which is responsible for monitoring and controlling timely delivery - before moving on to become the Operations Manager of GTCE which involves overseeing all Compliance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing them after analysis of whether they are in line with our overall strategy.
