      • Developed technical training programs for new Inside and Outside Sales Account Managers in North America as TIGER made many warehousing, sales support and manufacturing location changes.• Organized and lead the first technical field services division. The primary goal of this group was twofold. First, to mitigate loss by technically reviewing all field claim issues to determine actual vs perceived cause of failure and secondly, to grow the technical competency of all Inside and Outside Sales team members to allow for quicker sales and troubleshooting accuracy. • Expanded the actual material and reach for the TIGER Drylac Powder School. Completed over 30 training classes in the last three years both at customers facilities and in conjunction with equipment and pretreatment experts took the classes all over North America.
