  I spearheaded ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standard implementation across multiple global offices (UK, US, Nepal, Kenya, Germany), securing certifications in ISO 9001 (2020), ISO 27001, and HIPAA (2022).I conducted end-to-end security audits for CloudFactory’s acquisition in Germany called Hasty GmbH, identifying critical gaps and driving remediation efforts. As a result, the company successfully achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2023. - In 2024, I led the transition to bring the acquisition under the broader CloudFactory ISO 27001 ISMS certification scope, ensuring seamless alignment with CloudFactory's security and compliance standards.Conducted regular internal audits, incident response exercises, and maintained compliance with ISO standards, SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory standards. - The internal audits for both QMS and ISMS were highly commended by BSI auditors during the Annual Surveillance Audit and Re-certification Audit.
