  I coordinated the smooth arrival, fit up and performance of three operas and three ballets over two weeks at theLondon Coliseum. The visit included nearly 50 trailer movements and around 400 staff and performers.I was responisble for liaising with the Technical team at the Coliseum to ensure they had up to date schedules and that the staffing levels were correct.I also had to ensure that there was sufficient translators on call 24/7 throughout the visit.

  Working for Balich Worldwide Shows who are the Producers for the Paralympic Ceremonies, my role is to ensure the delivery of all scenic and technical aspects of the PCC in liaison with the rest of the WS creative and technical departments and the Five Currents technical team who provided technical installation and staff support in the Fisht Stadium.Act as the primary interface between the freight coordinator, stage management and health and safety teams to ensure the correct show equipment is in place and operational for rehearsals and workshops in Italy, in the Krasnodar rehearsal venues, the 1:1 venue in Sochi and at the Stadium rehearsals and performances. Work with transitions Production Managers to ensure the transition from POC to PCC runs to schedule with all necessary crew, plant and deliveries are correctly scheduled. Show less

Working in the Staging and Scenic team of the technical department, I was responsible for managing a large international show crew along with a large team of local crew, including rehearsals in the 1:1 site, load into the stadium, transition to Sport and closing ceremony.Also, helping to manage contractors alongside the Production Managers and ensure the build and transitions ran safely and to schedule.The build for Opening Ceremony was over 3 months and the transition to Sport took only 90 hours, 37 hours faster than planned.
