Practiced architecture in a corporate setting that offered extensive technical and production resources, an accomplished staff, diverse disciplines, sophisticated service delivery methods, state-of-the-art equipment and large complex projects.2005 was selected for and participated in the firm's professional development program (PDP). PDP advances the skills of individuals within the company regarded to be leaders. Over the course of a year client-centered management was evaluated as a crucial component of corporate culture. Concluded that client satisfaction and long-term client relationships are achieved through diligence and attention to detail. Recommended that corporate culture, business development practices, service delivery, quality policies, communication, record keeping and staffing be shaped by client-centered management. 2001 to 2004 managed portfolios of projects as a member of a Program Management/Construction Management (PMCM) team. The experience proved invaluable. Oversaw the work of other architects which allowed observation of the outcomes of good and bad service delivery. Each day was an exercise in lessons learned.
