      o Lead strategic planning for HIV/STD outreach education, prevention and testing, and was a contributing and corresponding author of a published article in J Adol Med (See Publications).o Co-authored the Boston HAPPENS program’s first Policies and Procedures Manual for HIV/STI services, standardizing practice guidelines that resulted in consistent and improved approaches to patient services.o Supported two Senior Faculty Attending Physicians, including continuity of care, daily program activities, reporting, special projects, and budget oversight, aimed at improved patient outcomes.o Clinical care coordination for HIV/STDs, PrEP, and nPEP for sexual assault victims or other exposures to HIV, including training of clinical staff members and technical assistance to primary care providers.o Performed on-site subject outreach and recruitment of clinical and behavioral HIV health interventions and studies for Fenway Institute, including the city’s first PrEP trials for adolescents and young adults.o Created data collection and analysis system and tools, which resulting in more accurate, consistent, and compelling reporting of outcomes. The program held a 50% success rate of providers continuing on to provide HIV services to people of color.o Coordinate mini-preceptorships 6-10 for clinical trainees annually (MD, NP, MSW/LICSW and Clinical Psychologist), including design of intake and evaluation tools based on national recommended best practices, later disseminated to other local and regional providers as a model. o Chaired the planning committee for two years for popular annual regional conference on HIV and Adolescents. My first year as chair resulted in the largest number of registered participants the history of the conference.o Successfully planned and executed the 14th Annual Summit on HIV and Adolescents, overseeing all content planning, designing of marketing materials, location booking, speaker recruitment, appropriation of industry sponsors and vendors, application of CME credits, and management of finances.
