  Worked on the Data Science and Analysis team at Biotech Research Center • Corresponded with the Biotech lab to understand automation tool requirements and background to achieve required impact.• Used Python for Image processing to detect patterns in an image provided by the lab. Solution’s POCallows bypassing of manual inspection and human error to reduce task processing from ~15 seconds to ~5 seconds.• Gathered machine log data and pre-processed them to required formats in R.• Used R Shiny library to create dashboard for adaptive visualization to give at-one-glance view at selected data for targeted insights into errors allowing quick responses and adjustments.• Wrote 9 functions in a package to generate graphs and charts for data within the dashboard.• Used Domino for end-to-end data science solution development, AWS and R Studio for cloud-based maintenance and execution of assignments.• Used Azure DevOps to maintain tasks for team reviews including feedback and progress reports in the form of PowerPoint presentations.
